Polishing Sticks for Eyewear and Accessories

Eyeglass frames, buttons, hair ornaments, high-end costume jewelry…

Polishing and sanding sticks are integral to our dry tumbling polishing process.
They can be used for coarse or fine sanding depending on the polishing stage.

We offer a range of sticks made of nylon and beech wood, available in various sizes.
Paired with each polishing paste for different polishing stages, they ensure the desired level of polish according to the items being polished. Our technicians will guide you towards the appropriate shapes and sizes of sticks for achieving optimal results.

Nylon Sticks
for sanding

Aired with wooden sticks, nylon rhombuses are reusable and offer greater longevity, especially in deburring where abrasive action is intense.
They can be cleaned with detergents 6170 and 6179. The slight undulations on the rhombuses provide better adhesion with the polishing paste.
Nylon rhombuses share the same characteristics as beech wood sticks.
