Usinage-injection-TCN

TCN offers a range of dip-dyeing products specifically designed for thermoformed plastic parts, manufactured by various traditional processes such as plastic injection molding, machining, or molding.

In this context, our GTC and GTD coloring products provide a perfect alternative to painting.

Our coloring process for surface treatment is carried out just after the injection of the parts, as a post-treatment on the finished pieces

For industrial applications requiring large-scale injection of parts, our post-treatment coloring process preserves the original dimensions and functionalities of the parts, thus avoiding any alteration. Thanks to our dyes penetrating the plastic material by a few microns, no excess thickness likely to cause chipping is created, unlike with the application of paint.

Plastic injection companies needing to dye polyester, for example, will find in our process and products a quick, easy, and reproducible solution. Likewise, for acrylic (under the commercial names Plexiglas®, Altuglas®, etc.), a material prized by visual artists for creating unique pieces, trophies, POP displays, or decorative items, our concentrated GTC dyes are an indispensable tool for their creativity.

PMMA, in the form of sheets, rods, or bars, can be customized in the color defined by the artist, designer, or advertiser, offering great flexibility in creation. Similarly, for machined parts in POM, PA, or any other plastic material, for prototypes and models, the choice of colors is thus infinite.

The implementation conditions are easy, quick, and the environmental impact is reduced compared to painting.

Our coloring products are designed with respect for the environment in mind, fitting into an eco-friendly approach.
